Are you a motivated, competitive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-oriented Insurance Account Representative ready to build lasting client relationships, close new business, and make a meaningful impact through trusted insurance and financial solutions.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training provided by our agency.
Role Description
As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving the agency’s growth through proactive sales and exceptional client service. You’ll educate customers on coverage options, help them make confident, informed decisions, and deliver the high-quality experience that keeps our clients protected and our agency thriving.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales – Actively market and sell insurance products by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities through both warm and cold leads.

Consult & Educate – Clearly explain insurance options, tailoring recommendations to meet each client’s specific needs.

Build Relationships – Develop trust and loyalty with customers through consistent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Support Agency Success – Manage policy applications, renewals, and service requests while maintaining focus on client satisfaction.

Stay Organized – Maintain accurate client records, follow up on open items, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
Qualifications
- A sales-driven mindset with confidence in engaging clients and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
