Are you a competitive, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on achieving goals and helping clients protect what matters most? The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll combine your strong sales drive with exceptional people skills to grow revenue, retain clients, and help our agency continue its success.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain the necessary licenses—with full support and paid training provided.
Role Description
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving agency growth through proactive sales and meaningful client engagement. You’ll educate customers on coverage options, identify opportunities to improve protection, and close new business while maintaining long-term, trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market, recommend, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

Build Relationships – Develop and maintain strong client connections that drive retention and referrals.

Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions.

Deliver Solutions – Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while keeping an eye on sales opportunities.

Collaborate for Success – Partner with agency leadership and team members to achieve production and service goals.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience in insurance sales, account management, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident initiating and leading sales conversations.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
