Ryan Brewington State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training provided by our agency.
Role Description
As an Account Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of the Ryan Brewington Agency. You’ll connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored recommendations that protect their families and assets. This position is perfect for someone who is competitive, outgoing, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business – Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews, assess customer needs, and offer customized coverage solutions.

Build and Strengthen Relationships – Foster client loyalty through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.

Support Agency Operations – Manage policy updates, handle inquiries, and follow up on claims as needed.

Collaborate for Success – Work closely with the team to meet production goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability—or strong desire—to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in insurance, account management, or sales preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
